        As the Program Manager, you will be responsible to be the focal point of contact for all operational, change and service quality issues; also, you will be able to provide project management to ensure on-time, to specification and on budget IT services delivery.

        Key responsiblities include:

        1. Engage into pre-sales and business development activities to, through the sale of add on IT services and business development activities, achieve and exceed IT Services revenues and order targets
        2. Ensure on-going SLA compliance and pro-actively initiate corrective actions if deviations
          manage and enforce strict control over change management. Document changes and produce impact analyses for major changes
        3. Drive Service Management delivery toward value-added ITIL service delivery quality assurance. Position it and promote to Sales-Pre-sales as upsale from standard delivery
        4. Directly engage with customer for monthly performance review and ad hoc meetings as required
        5. Conduct service management CSAT survey for select complex / large customers. Create and manage to completion SIP as required
        6. For designated customer ITS projects, lead the service delivery projects typically spanning multiple regions or countries and involving up multiple technologies and services, and potentially multiple sub-contractors and suppliers
        7. Produce often with minimum support, key documents specific to the individual customer, such as a statement of work, service delivery kit, acceptance test plans, critical path analysis, project plans, project profit and loss plans and escalation procedures
        8. Strive to exceed customer expectations as compared to contracted delivery through application of innovative delivery approaches within agreed time, financial and quality criteria, often within aggressive time and financial restraints
