DESCRIPTION
Slim 20mm wide H-shaped customisable LED profile for continuous direct lighting.
The unit consists of an extruded aluminum base with polycarbonate diffuser.
The base profile can either be surface mounted or suspended. A separate type of aluminum cove
profile is offered for recessed trimless application in which the base profile for surface mounting can
be clicked in.
The maximum length of one base profile is 4000mm. 180° and 90° connectors are available to create
structures longer than 4000mm.
Two kinds of diffuser are offered: one that is flush with the front side of the base profile, another type
which is 5mm recessed in the base.
The base profile is intended for use with 24V LED strip. The LED strips are available in two output
variants: 1000lm/m and 2000lm/m. Each tlme available in different colour temperatures.
The 24V LED driver can’t be integrated in the base profile. The suitable 24V driver can be chosen
from a driver matrix, depending on type of dimming and power.
MATERIALS
Base: aluminum, finished with scratch resistant fine-textured powder coating in matt white or matt black. Also available in various brushed and anodized colours: bronze, champagne and silver bronze. Any RAL or NCS finish is possible on request
Diffuser: matt polycarbonate
Endplates: steel, finished with scratch resistant fine-textured powder coating in matt white or matt black. Also wet painted variants available in brushed and anodization look. : bronze, champagne and silver bronze. Any RAL or NCS finish is possible on request
Connection plate 180° or 90°: galvanized steel
Mounting clip: stainless steel
